Jim Messina


After leaving the teaching profession, natural-born salesman, Jim Messina started his career

working in a sales position at Henco Inc. (Selmer, TN), the largest product fundraising company in the US. He quickly rose to Northeast Regional Sales Manager. He received an offer to start a company here in New Jersey, Planned Achievement Corp. (PAC), which he ran for four years. Always having the desire to own his own business, he set off to open Ashley Farms Inc. along with Mike Gambuzza (his brother-in-law), and top salesman at PAC. Their specialty at Ashley Farms is selling delicious food items to non-profit organizations and helping them raise much- needed funds.


Jim uses his creative skills and performing arts background to develop beautiful brochures,

design effective packaging, and promotional materials. He is especially excited about their

latest venture Ashley Farms at Home, launched in 2020, which allows consumers to purchase

their delectable goodies anytime.

Mike Gambuzza



After graduating from college in 1976, Mike started a teaching and coaching career at

his alma mater Memorial High School in West New York, NJ. Several years later, he met Jim Messina, who was the president of a North Jersey fundraising company called Planned Achievement Corp. (PAC). He left teaching to start a sales career with PAC. In 1984, Mike and Jim left PAC and founded a new fundraising company named Ashley


Farms Inc. They’ve been making fundraisers successful for schools and organizations with their delicious products for nearly four decades. In addition to sales, Mike handles all in-house operations and inventory control. Since 1984, Ashley Farms Inc, has helped raise over $125 million in profits for schools, organizations, and non-profits with their fantastic products and services. With schools closed in 2020 due to COVID-19, they’ve met a demand that has been present for years, supplying the Ashley Farms Inc. line of gourmet products directly to home consumers with Ashley Farms at Home.
